This class is approved
for continuing education in FL, MD and WV.
Advanced
Processor Training is a 1-day seminar designed for experienced Processors. It is
highly recommended students have at least 1-year of experience or have completed
the Basic Loan Processing Training class. Please contact your account
representative with any questions. This course will dramatically increase file
submissions and approvals, and show students how to reduce underwriting
conditions and speed-up closings.
Topics
Covered:
- Review an application package
from a Loan Officer
- Determine its compliance with
Federal & State Regulations
- Determine its completeness for
underwriting pre-approval submission
- Interpret automated underwriting
system recommendations for file documentation purposes
- Request documents needed to
support underwriting recommendations
- Examine and analyze documents
received for content conformity to loan guidelines
- Prepare final 1003, 1008, and
Cash Flow analysis for submission for final approval
- Place documents in proper file
order for submission

examples.
