This class is approved for continuing education in FL and TX. 

FHA Processing is a 1-day seminar designed to upgrade students knowledge on FHA Processing. This class will teach FHA documentation and the proper techniques in using these forms and systems.

Topics Covered: ·

• FHA terminology and calculations ·
• Maximum mortgage calculations for purchase loans and refinances – done through in-class exercises ·
• Regular refinances and streamline refinances ·
• Proper loan amount calculations for cash-out and non-cash-out frefinances ·
• How to use FHA Connection for case numbers, LDP’s, GSA’s, and appraiser assignment ·
• Properly complete Mortgage Credit Analysis Worksheet (MCAW) ·
• Review FHA appraisal including valuation condition pages ·
• All FHA forms and disclosures – including the 92900 ·
• Properly package an FHA file for underwriting and “Red Flags” underwriters look for in an FHA case file Reference Manual: ·
