The Colorado Division of Real Estate now requires ALL mortgage brokers to be licensed and to complete a 40-hour license course. MTI is an approved provider of this course for either live instructor-led classes or online courses. The graduates of this course will be eligible to take the Colorado Mortgage Broker examination for licensing as a mortgage broker working in Colorado.

This 40-hour live training course will cover the required curriculum as set forth by the Colorado Division of Real Estate, including:
19.5 hours of State and Federal Law
16 hours of Mortgage 101
4.5 hours of Business and Trade Practices
Free Practice Exams
Whether you are already licensed as a mortgage broker or just obtaining your license, you will need to complete this course.
