The Colorado Division of Real Estate requires all mortgage brokers to be licensed and to complete a 40-hour license course and a state administered examination.  MTI is an approved provider of this course for either live instructor-led classes or online courses.  The graduates of this course will be eligible to take the Colorado Mortgage Broker examination for licensing as a mortgage broker working in Colorado.

Licensing Update:  The Division of Real Estate has released a new Emergency Rule 4CCR 725-3, titled Mortgage Broker Education Extension and Testing Modifications.  Brokers who do not complete the education and testing requirement by year's end may file for a 90-day extension and will be subject to additional fees and higher test passing percentages.
